Very well done mate. I completely understand you arent going to say where you caught it, but was wondering if it is on the club stretch or elsewhere. I have been trying to catch a barbel in the dean city farm/merton abbey mills area but so far not had much other than small stuff and a bonus eel. Am I getting warm as to a general location or am I way off. I would really appreciate any advice on baits, rigs, rods, line etc. Anything to help me get my first proper bertie.
Well done anyway, beautiful looking fish.
